Returns & Replacements Policy

At JN Global Trade, we stand behind the quality of our products. As a wholesale business, our return and replacement policy is tailored for B2B transactions and aims to ensure fairness and transparency.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless damaged.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Email us at Contact@jnglobaltrade.com & Sales@jnglobaltrade.com with:
    • Order number
    • Product name/description
    • Clear photos of the product and the issue
  2. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and issue:
    • A replacement, or
    • A credit note, or
    • A refund (only if replacement is not possible)

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged in transit), we will bear the shipping costs.
  • For all other eligible returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Exclusions

  • No returns for minor color or texture variations (common in handmade/metal items)
  • No refunds for delays due to courier or customs beyond our control
